Blended coffee refers to a mixture of coffee beans sourced from multiple origins, which are then roasted and blended to create a specific flavour profile. The beans used in a blend can come from different regions or even different countries and are selected based on their characteristics such as taste, acidity, body, and aroma. Blending allows roasters to create unique flavor profiles that are not possible with single-origin coffees, by combining the strengths of different beans while balancing out their weaknesses.
