Refund Policy

At Moerah's Coffee, we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Customer Error:

- If the customer makes an error in their order such as providing incorrect product information or shipping address, a refund will not be issued.
- In such cases, the customer should promptly place a new order with the correct information. Notify us of the issue and the new order number, and we will expedite the order for you.

2. Supplier Error:

- If we make an error in fulfilling your order (which is rare, but can happen), we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Examples of our errors include sending the wrong grind or incorrect label type.
- Simply re-enter the order with the correct details and send us an email addressing the issue with relevant proof.
- We will rectify the error by providing you with the correct product and covering the cost of the new coffee and shipping. Additionally, we will expedite the new order for prompt delivery.

3. Refused Shipments:

- If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
- We will deduct these costs from any applicable refund or invoice the customer separately for payment.
- As an alternative to a refund, we offer store credit for returned items. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

4. Carrier or Other Issues:

- If there is an issue that is the carrier's fault, such as package theft or damage during shipping, you have the option to file a claim with the carrier or replace the order.
- In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees, and we will cover the cost of the coffee up to $25.00.
- To initiate a replacement order, create a new draft order and email us the new order number along with details of the issue. We will refund the coffee portion of the order and expedite the replacement order for you.

Please note:
- All sales are final, and refunds are only issued in the situations outlined above.
- We strongly discourage customers from returning coffee products as it results in unnecessary shipping costs and product wastage.
- For any replacement orders, creating a new draft order is the most efficient method.
- International orders are not guaranteed in any way, and bulk orders are sold Ex-Warehouse.
